Stefani has done many jobs in the real estate industry over the past 30 years. From Manager to marketing, to recruiting and training other agents in the field. She has been a Qualifying Broker for over 15 years, managing one of Coldwell Banker Legacy’s offices for 10 years. She now works with her team to primarily serve seniors and their families.
Her top producing team includes her husband Randy Arnn, nephew Timothy Wray, who is the team’s Transaction Coordinator and Buyer's Broker, and her parents who have been in the real estate business for over 50 years - Ed and Sharon Wray. Ed is a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Randy has been in the Real Estate business for almost 20 years. Prior to his successful career in Real Estate he was a Locomotive Engineer for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad for 13 years.
